From my time at Shopify growing and shaping their partner program across North America and the UK, to building a $3M run-rate business in 18 months at Sendle, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful partnerships can be.

But so many teams are stuck in a cycle of activity (reactivity) not leading to performance because they don’t know how to drive revenue, or are stretched too thin across competing priorities to actually do what they know needs to be done.
